Lot numbers and auction numbers are used to help identify specific items and auctions on Pristine Auction.
What Is a Lot Number?
A lot number is a unique identifier assigned to a specific auction item or group of items.
Lot numbers help customers:
- Identify auction listings
- Reference items during bidding
- Locate completed purchases
- Communicate with Customer Service about a specific item
Where Can I Find the Lot Number?
The lot number is typically displayed in the upper-left corner of the auction listing page.
Each auction listing has its own individual lot number.
What Is an Auction Number?
Each auction event is also assigned a unique auction number.
Auction numbers are commonly referenced using the prefix:
AC-[Auction Number]
Example:
- AC-123456
This format can help identify and search for a specific auction event.
How to Search for Auctions or Items
Customers can use lot numbers and auction numbers to:
- Search for specific auction listings
- Locate previous purchases
- Reference items with Customer Service
- Track auction activity
Important Notes
- Lot numbers are unique to each listing.
- Auction numbers identify the overall auction event rather than an individual item.
