The Seller Dashboard allows consignors to manage submissions, review sales activity, track payouts, and access seller tools through the Pristine Auction website.
Important Notes
- The Seller Dashboard is only available through the desktop or mobile web browser version of Pristine Auction.
- The Seller Dashboard cannot currently be accessed through the Pristine Auction mobile app.
- For the best experience, we recommend using an updated web browser such as Google Chrome, Safari, or Microsoft Edge.
Accessing the Seller Dashboard
- Visit the Pristine Auction website.
- Log into your account.
- Click your account/profile icon.
- Select Seller from the dropdown menu.
Features Available in the Seller Dashboard
Active Consignments
View items that are currently scheduled, processing, or active in upcoming auctions.
Sales History
Review completed sales and auction results for previously sold items.
Seller Payments
Track payout status, payment history, and pending balances.
Account Information
Update seller-related account details and review account settings.
Mobile Device Access
The Seller Dashboard may still be accessed on a mobile device by using your phone’s internet browser and visiting the Pristine Auction website directly.
The dashboard is not currently supported within the mobile app.
Troubleshooting Dashboard Access
I cannot find the Seller Dashboard
- Verify you are logged into the correct seller account.
- Ensure your seller account has been approved and activated.
- Try refreshing the page or logging out and back in.
The dashboard is not loading properly
- Clear your browser cache and cookies.
- Try another supported browser.
- Disable browser extensions that may interfere with the website.
