Due to the nature of online auctions, items delivered as described and photographed are generally not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
All sales are considered final unless otherwise determined by Pristine Auction.
Buyer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for reviewing:
- Auction descriptions
- Listing details
- Item photos
- Authentication information
- Item condition disclosures
before placing a bid.
By placing a bid, the customer acknowledges and accepts the condition and details presented within the listing.
Inspecting Your Order
Customers are encouraged to inspect all items immediately upon delivery.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible after receipt.
Situations That May Require Review
While most auction sales are final, Pristine Auction may review issues involving:
- Items received significantly different than described
- Shipping damage claims
- Missing items
- Authentication discrepancies
- Incorrect item fulfillment
Any review or resolution is handled at the sole discretion of Pristine Auction.
Important Notes
- Buyer’s remorse is not a valid reason for return or refund.
- Minor condition variations consistent with listing photos or descriptions are not considered grounds for return.
- Shipping carrier delays are not grounds for cancellation or refund.
- Customers should retain all packaging materials when reporting shipping damage.
