Payment for auction winnings is due in full within 7 days of the auction closing date.
Payment Due Timeline
Customers have up to 7 days to complete payment for won items.
On the 6th day after the auction ends:
- Any valid payment methods saved on the account may be automatically charged for unpaid invoices
Multiple Outstanding Invoices
During the unpaid period, customers will still be required to pay for any additional lots won, regardless of when those auctions ended.
Example:
- If a bidder wins a lot on January 7th and does not complete payment
- Then wins another lot on January 9th
- Payment for both invoices will be required during checkout
Failed Payment and Forfeit Process
If payment is not completed within 7 days:
- The invoice may be forfeited
- The account will receive bidding restrictions
- A 30% restocking fee will be assessed based on the winning bid amount
Example Timeline
- January 7: Lot is won
- January 13: Saved payment methods may be automatically charged
- January 14: If payment still fails or account information is incomplete, the lot will be forfeited and a restocking fee applied
The same payment timeline applies individually to additional unpaid lots won afterward.
Required Account Information
To avoid payment failures and forfeiture:
- A valid payment method must be saved on the account
- A valid shipping address must be provided
- Payment information must remain current and accurate
Live Auction Exception
Live Auctions follow a separate payment process.
Winning Live Auction invoices are automatically charged immediately after the auction closes.

Important Notes
- Failure to complete payment may result in bidding restrictions on the account.
- Restocking fees are assessed in accordance with Pristine Auction policies.
- Customers are responsible for monitoring unpaid invoices and payment deadlines.
