Pristine Auction currently accepts:

Credit Card and PayPal Processing Fees
Payments made using:
- Credit cards
- Debit cards
- PayPal
are subject to a 2.5% processing fee.
ACH / Direct Pay Information
ACH / Direct Pay is subject to approval and verification.
Important ACH / Direct Pay Information
- Verification and settlement may take approximately 5–7 business days depending on the financial institution
- Orders will not process or ship until payment has fully settled
- Delayed settlement may impact shipping timelines
Failed ACH / Direct Pay Payments
If an ACH / Direct Pay payment is declined:
- Payment must be submitted within 48 hours
- Unpaid items may be forfeited and relisted
- A 30% restocking fee may be applied
- ACH payment privileges may be removed from the account

When submitting a wire transfer:

- This helps ensure payment is properly applied to your account
High-Value Invoice Payments
Wire transfer is the only accepted payment method for invoices totaling $20,000 USD or more.
Split Payments
Pristine Auction does not allow split payments.
Customers cannot combine multiple payment methods during checkout for a single invoice.
Credits and Discounts
Credits and discounts may be used toward eligible purchases and invoices.
Credits and Discounts Cannot Be Used For
Promotional or giveaway credits cannot be applied toward:
- Restocking fees
- Forfeit fees
- Grading fees
- Authentication fees
- Other non-purchase related charges
Important Notes
- Payment methods must be approved and successfully verified before orders can process.
- Payment failures may result in bidding restrictions or invoice forfeiture.
- Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate billing and payment information on their account.
