Aging Fees

Aging fees apply to reserve, drop-ship, and in-house items based on how long the item has remained listed on the Pristine Auction platform.

Aging Fee Schedule

Time Listed on Platform	Aging Fee
0–6 Months	No fee
7–12 Months	$1 per month, per item
13–23 Months	$2 per month, per item
24+ Months	Item may be moved to a no reserve auction or returned

Items Subject to Aging Fees

Aging fees may apply to:

• Reserve items
• Drop-ship items
• In-house consignments

The aging timeline begins from the date the item is first listed on the Pristine Auction platform.

Avoiding Aging Fees

Sellers may request the removal of reserves in order to help avoid continued aging fees.

Please note:

• Removing a reserve does not guarantee a sale
• Auction placement may still be determined at the discretion of Pristine Auction

Items Listed for 24 Months or Longer

Items that remain listed for 24 months or longer may:

• Be moved into a no reserve auction
• Be returned to the consignor

Final disposition decisions are made at the discretion of Pristine Auction.

Important Notes

• Aging fees are assessed per individual item.
• Fees continue accumulating while qualifying items remain active on the platform.
• Reserve pricing may impact long-term item sell-through rates.
