Second Chance Offers

Second Chance Offers allow consignors to offer additional identical inventory to bidders who participated in a completed auction.

These offers are sent at the final sale price of the completed auction item.

Important Requirements

To issue a Second Chance Offer:

• The auction must have ended within the past 48 hours
• Additional identical inventory must be available in Pristine Auction warehouse inventory

Second Chance Offers cannot be issued without available inventory on hand.

How to Access Second Chance Offers

To issue a Second Chance Offer:

1. Log into your Pristine Auction account
2. Click your username in the upper-right corner
3. Select:
   • Sales
   • Second Chance Offers

Finding Eligible Listings

Within the Second Chance Offers dashboard:

• Eligible auctions available for Second Chance Offers will appear automatically
• Listings will only appear if additional matching inventory is available

Issuing a Second Chance Offer

Once you locate the eligible item:

1. Click the “Issue Second Chance” button
2. Select the quantity of offers to send based on available inventory
3. Submit the offer through the dashboard

How Second Chance Offers Work for Buyers

• Offers are sent to eligible bidders from the completed auction
• Buyers receive the offer at the final sale price from the original auction
• Buyers generally have 48 hours to accept the offer once issued

Important Notes

• Second Chance Offers are optional and not guaranteed.
• Offers may only be sent for identical inventory currently available in the warehouse.
• Inventory quantities limit the number of offers that may be issued.
• Once inventory is exhausted, additional Second Chance Offers cannot be sent.
