Sellers who win items through Pristine Auction may request to reconsign eligible items instead of having them shipped.
How to Request Reconsignment
To request reconsignment of a won item:
- During checkout, select “Hold to Combine” as the shipping option
- Complete the checkout process
- Contact the Consignment Team with:
- The invoice number
- The lot number(s) for the item(s) you wish to reconsign
Important Requirements
- Checkout must still be completed before reconsignment can be processed
- Items must remain in Pristine Auction possession to qualify for reconsignment
- Reconsignment requests should be submitted as soon as possible after checkout
Hold to Combine Requirement
Selecting “Hold to Combine” prevents the item from automatically shipping while the reconsignment request is reviewed.
If shipping is processed before the reconsignment request is received:
- The item may no longer qualify for immediate reconsignment
- Additional shipping or resubmission steps may be required
Eligibility and Approval
Please note:
- Not all items may qualify for reconsignment
- Reconsignment approval is subject to review by Pristine Auction
- Auction placement and reserve eligibility may vary upon relisting
Important Notes
- Reconsigned items may be placed into different auction categories at the discretion of Pristine Auction.
- Standard seller fees, relisting policies, and auction rules still apply.
- Reconsignment requests do not guarantee specific auction placement or sales results.
