Approved drop ship consignors are authorized to ship sold items directly to customers from their own facility instead of shipping inventory to the Pristine Auction warehouse.
What Is a Drop Ship Consignor?
A drop ship consignor:
- Stores inventory at their own location
- Ships sold items directly to the winning bidder
- Maintains responsibility for fulfillment and shipment handling

Drop shipping is available only to approved consignors.

Seller Responsibilities
Approved drop ship sellers are responsible for:
- Proper packaging
- Shipment handling
- Carrier coordination
- Tracking updates
- Delivery completion
Liability for Drop Ship Packages
When using the drop ship program:
- The consignor remains responsible for the package until delivery is completed
- Sellers may be held liable for shipment issues, delays, loss, or delivery problems
Tracking Requirements
Payment processing may be delayed until shipment tracking:
- Shows movement beyond label creation
- Reflects carrier acceptance or transit activity
Packages showing only “label created” status may not qualify for payout processing.
Important Notes
- Drop ship approval is granted at the discretion of Pristine Auction.
- Sellers must maintain fulfillment standards and shipment reliability.
- Failure to meet drop ship requirements may result in removal from the program.
- Certain item categories may not qualify for drop shipping.
