Buyer’s Premium
A 17% buyer’s premium is added to the final winning bid amount for each auction lot.
The buyer’s premium is displayed within auction listings before bidding.
Payment Processing Fee
A 2.5% processing fee is applied to transactions paid using:
- Credit cards
- Debit cards
- PayPal
Processing fees are calculated based on the transaction total.
Insurance Fee
A 1.5% insurance fee is added to each invoice based on the total invoice amount.
This fee helps cover shipments during transit.
Shipping Charges
Estimated shipping costs are displayed within auction listings based on the customer’s location.
Final shipping costs may vary depending on:
- Carrier pricing updates
- Package size and weight
- Shipping destination
- Combined shipments
- Additional delivery requirements
Exact shipping totals are confirmed during checkout.
Signature Required Deliveries
Additional charges may apply when a shipment requires a delivery signature, including:
- Customer-requested signature confirmation
- Signature requirements determined by Pristine Auction
International Shipping Fees and Customs Charges
Customers outside of the United States are responsible for:
- Customs duties
- Import taxes
- Brokerage fees
- Other international import-related charges
These fees are not collected or controlled by Pristine Auction.
Important International Shipping Notes
- International orders valued over $300 USD will ship expedited for an additional $15 fee
- Customs fees are nonrefundable under all circumstances
- Pristine Auction does not reimburse import-related charges
State-Mandated Fees and Taxes
Applicable sales tax, surcharges, or state-mandated fees may be added based on local laws and regulations.
Coin and Currency Tax Exemptions
Coins and currency purchases may qualify for tax exemption depending on the buyer’s location and applicable state laws.
Tax-Exempt Accounts
Customers requesting tax-exempt status must complete and submit the required tax exemption documentation.
