To access your account settings:
- Log into your Pristine Auction account
- Click your username located in the upper-right corner of the website
- Select “Profile” from the dropdown menu
Information You Can Update
Within your profile settings, you can manage and update:
- Personal information
- Shipping addresses
- Notification preferences
- Payment methods
- Password and login credentials
Updating Payment Information
When updating payment methods or billing information:
- Ensure billing addresses match exactly with your financial institution records
- Review all saved payment methods for accuracy before checkout
Updating Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate shipping information on their account.
Incorrect or outdated shipping addresses may result in:
- Delivery delays
- Payment verification issues
- Failed transactions
- Returned shipments
Password and Account Security
For account security:
- Use a strong password
- Keep login credentials private
- Update passwords periodically when necessary
Important Notes
- Some account changes may require re-verification of payment methods.
