How do I delete my account?

For your security, Pristine Auction cannot delete your account on your behalf. Account deletion must be completed by the account owner through their account settings.

Important:

• Accounts with an active balance cannot be deleted.
• Accounts with consignor capabilities cannot be deleted until those capabilities have been removed and any account balances have been resolved.

How to Delete Your Account

1. Log in to your Pristine Auction account.
2. Click Profile and select Personal Information.
3. Click Delete Account.
4. Check the inbox for the email address associated with your account. A verification email will be sent automatically.
5. Open the email and click the confirmation link to complete the deletion process.

Your account will not be deleted until you complete the verification step from the email.
