After winning an auction, you can complete payment directly through your Pristine Auction account checkout process.
How to Check Out
- Log into your Pristine Auction account
- Click the cart icon located in the upper-right corner of the website
- Review your unpaid invoices and checkout details
- Proceed through the checkout process
Adding a Payment Method
During checkout, you may:
- Select an existing saved payment method
- Add a new payment method by clicking the “+ Add” button
Please ensure all billing and shipping information is entered accurately before processing payment.
Applying Promotional Codes
If you have a promotional code:
- Enter the code before completing checkout
- Verify the discount has been applied prior to submitting payment
Important Promotional Code Information
- Promotional codes can only be used once
- Refunds or credits will not be issued for promotional codes that were not applied before checkout completion
Completing Payment
Once all required fields have been completed:
- Review your invoice totals and shipping information
- Click the “Process Payment” button at the bottom of the checkout page
After payment is successfully processed, your order will move into the payment verification and shipping queue.
ACH / Direct Pay Information
ACH / Direct Pay payment methods are subject to approval and verification.
Please note:
- Verification timelines may vary depending on the financial institution
- Orders will not process or ship until payment verification has been completed
Important Notes
- Customers are responsible for reviewing invoice totals before submitting payment.
- Payment failures may result in delayed shipment or bidding restrictions if invoices remain unpaid.
- Shipping costs, taxes, insurance, and applicable fees are calculated during checkout.
