After payment has been confirmed, items will generally ship from either the Pristine Auction warehouse or an approved offsite vendor within the estimated processing timeframes listed below.
Standard Shipping Timeframes
Standard Items
Most items ship within 5–7 business days after payment confirmation.
Art Lots
Art lots generally ship within 5–7 business days after payment confirmation.
Custom Framed Items and Canvases
Custom frames and canvases are made to order and typically ship within 21 business days from the date of payment settlement.
Tracking Information
Once your shipment has been prepared, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking information.
You can also access shipping and tracking details at any time through your account:
- Log into your Pristine Auction account
- Click your name in the upper-right corner
- Select “Invoice Dashboard”
- Choose “Last 30 Days” to view recent invoices and tracking updates
Direct Pay Processing Times
If you selected Direct Pay as your payment method, please note:
- Payment confirmation may take a minimum of 5 business days
- Processing times vary depending on your banking institution
- Orders cannot ship until payment has fully cleared and been confirmed
Once payment confirmation is received, your invoice will automatically enter the shipping queue for processing.
