Once your shipment has been prepared and shipped, an automated email containing tracking information will be sent to your verified email address.
You can also view tracking information directly through your Pristine Auction account at any time.
How to Find Tracking Information
To locate tracking details for current or previous orders:
- Log into your Pristine Auction account
- Click your name in the upper-right corner of the website
- Select “Invoice Dashboard” from the dropdown menu
- View your invoices and shipment details
Tracking information will appear once the order has shipped.
Tracking Notification Emails
An automated email containing tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped.
Please allow time for the carrier to begin updating tracking activity after the shipment has been processed.
Important Notes
- Tracking information may not appear immediately after payment.
- Orders must complete payment processing before shipping can begin.
- Direct Pay orders may experience additional processing time before tracking is generated.
- Carrier tracking updates may be delayed during weekends or holidays.
Can’t Find Your Tracking Information?
If your invoice shows as shipped but tracking information is unavailable or not updating after an extended period of time, please contact Customer Service for additional assistance at help@pristineauction.com.
