The “Hold To Combine” option allows buyers to pay for invoices while temporarily holding items at Pristine Auction in order to combine multiple orders into one shipment.
Combining invoices may help reduce overall shipping costs.
How Hold To Combine Works
During checkout, eligible invoices will display a “Hold To Combine” option.
When selected:
- Payment is collected immediately
- Items are held at Pristine Auction for up to 14 days
- Additional invoices can be added during the hold period
- Held items can later be shipped together in a combined shipment
Hold Period
Items may be held for a maximum of 14 days.
If no action is taken within the hold period, held invoices will automatically ship to the address on file.
How to Ship Held Items
To release and ship your held items:
- Go to your Invoice Dashboard
- Locate your held invoices
- Click the “Ship Now” button
This will initiate shipment for all currently held invoices and eligible items.
Auto-Pay Restrictions
“Hold To Combine” is only available for invoices paid manually during checkout.
Invoices processed through Auto-Pay will automatically ship and are not eligible for Hold To Combine.
Drop Ship Item Restrictions
Drop ship items are not eligible for Hold To Combine and will ship separately from warehouse-held items.
Important Notes
- There is no limit to the number of invoices you may place on Hold To Combine during the active hold period.
- Shipping charges may vary depending on item size, weight, and destination.
- Once an invoice has shipped, it can no longer be combined with future invoices.
