How Mystery Boxes Work
Mystery boxes are assembled and fulfilled by external vendors.
Because of the randomized nature of mystery boxes:
- Contents will vary between boxes
- Specific items are not guaranteed
- Not every box will contain a high-value item or what some collectors may consider a “win.”
The surprise element is a core part of the mystery box experience.
Duplicate Items
Duplicate items may occur within mystery boxes.
While vendors aim to provide variety, randomized assortments can result in:
- Duplicate players
- Duplicate item types
- Similar memorabilia
- Repeated products across multiple purchases
Item Requests and Preferences
Due to the randomized nature of mystery boxes, we cannot accommodate:
- Specific player requests
- Team requests
- Item preferences
- Product substitutions
Mystery box contents are predetermined by the vendor and cannot be customized.
Refund Policy
All mystery box sales are final.
Mystery boxes are not eligible for:
- Refunds
- Returns
- Exchanges
- Content-based disputes
This includes dissatisfaction related to:
- Item selection
- Duplicate items
- Perceived value
- Player or team preference
