Live Auctions may include features such as:
- No minimum bids
- No reserve bids
- 5 to 60 second auction timers
- Extension and non-extension auction formats
- Swipe-to-bid functionality
- Custom bid entry options
Because Live Auctions move quickly, bidders are encouraged to monitor auctions carefully before placing bids.
Requirements to Participate
To place bids in Live Auctions, your Pristine Auction account must be fully completed.
Your account must include:
- A valid payment method
- A phone number
- A shipping address
Failure to provide required account information may prevent bidding access.
Automatic Payments for Live Auctions
Winning Live Auction invoices are automatically charged immediately to the default payment method saved on your account once the auction closes.
Payment failures may result in:
- Relisting or forfeit fees
- Bidding restrictions
- Suspension of Live Auction participation

Hold To Combine Shipping
All Live Auction wins are automatically placed on “Hold To Combine” shipping.
This allows buyers to:
- Consolidate multiple wins
- Combine eligible shipments

Live Auction Chat and Community Guidelines
Pristine Auction strives to maintain a respectful and productive Live Auction environment.
Chat activity is monitored, and Pristine Auction reserves the right to:
- Mute comments
- Restrict chat access
- Suspend auction participation
- Permanently remove account access
These actions may occur in response to behavior including, but not limited to:
- Harassment
- Offensive or inappropriate language
- Spam or disruptive conduct
Giveaways and Promotional Credits
Giveaway credits awarded during Live Auctions:
- Will generally be applied within 7 days
- Expire 7 days after issuance
Credits not used before expiration may be forfeited.
Important Notes
- Live Auctions move significantly faster than standard auctions.
- Bids placed during Live Auctions are binding commitments to purchase.
- Customers are responsible for monitoring active bids and auction status in real time.
