Pristine Auction offers local pick-up exclusively from our warehouse location in Phoenix, Arizona.
Local Pick-Up Eligibility
Most items listed on Pristine Auction are stored in our Phoenix warehouse and are eligible for local pick-up.
However, some items are fulfilled directly by approved off-site vendors (drop ship items) and are not eligible for local pick-up.
Eligible invoices will display a “Local Pick-Up” option during checkout.
How Local Pick-Up Works
After payment has been confirmed, your invoice will enter our pick-up preparation queue.
Orders are typically ready for pick-up within 48 business hours after payment confirmation.
Once your order has been prepared, you will receive an automated email notification confirming that your items are ready for pick-up.
Important: Wait for the Pick-Up Notification Email
Customers must wait until they receive the official pick-up ready email before arriving at the warehouse.
Orders cannot be pulled or prepared upon request, and our team is unable to expedite invoices outside of the normal processing queue.
Direct Pay Processing Times
If you selected Direct Pay as your payment method, please note:
- Payment confirmation may take a minimum of 5 business days
- Processing times vary depending on your banking institution
- Orders cannot be prepared for pick-up until payment has fully cleared and been confirmed
Once payment confirmation is received, your invoice will be added to the pick-up preparation queue.
Pick-Up Requirements
For security purposes:
- The account holder must be present
- A valid photo ID is required at the time of pick-up
Pick-Up Timeframe
Orders must be picked up in full within 7 days after the ready-for-pick-up notification email has been sent.
Partial pick-ups are not permitted.
Invoices not collected within the required timeframe may be shipped to the address on file, and applicable shipping charges will be added to the account.

Additional pick-up instructions will be included in your ready-for-pick-up notification email.
