Pristine Auction does not allow bids to be canceled once they have been placed.
By creating an account and participating in auctions, users agree to comply with Pristine Auction’s auction terms, conditions, and bidding policies.
Why Bid Cancellations Are Not Allowed
The integrity of the auction process depends on all bids being treated as binding commitments.
Allowing bid cancellations could:
- Disrupt active auctions
- Create unfair bidding advantages
- Impact other bidders
- Interfere with the natural progression of the auction
Once a bid is submitted, the bidder is committing to purchase the item at that price if they become the winning bidder.
Review Bids Carefully Before Submitting
Customers are responsible for reviewing:
- Bid amounts
- Auction details
- Item descriptions
- Shipping costs
- Applicable terms and conditions
before confirming a bid submission.
Maximum Bid Adjustments
While bids cannot be canceled, users may reduce their hidden maximum bid down to the current active bid amount.
Maximum bids cannot be lowered below the current bid price.
